Benedikto Restaurant

Benedikto is a restaurant in the historic center of Assisi with its own entrance and direct street access. It occupies the highest part of the Nun Assisi Relais, with windows facing the Rocca Maggiore and the Rocca Minore. In spring and summer, the terrace opens above the rooftops of the city. Umbrian cuisine, prepared with contemporary precision.

A Vantage Point

From any table, the view is part of the meal. In spring and summer, the terrace opens above the rooftops of Assisi. Sitting there at sunset, with an aperitivo or during dinner, while the light shifts on the stone, is the moment many guests remember longest. From the dining room, the view is direct onto the Rocca Maggiore, just a few meters from the fourteenth-century fortress.

You arrive on foot from the basilicas in a few minutes. By car, the building is in the historic center but outside the restricted-traffic zone, with parking just a few meters away. The entrance is independent from the hotel.

Our Table

Benedikto was born from a clear vision: a kitchen that listens to the territory, honors its ingredients, and shapes them with simplicity. The dining room, with its warm light and the view of the Rocca, is as much part of the experience as the plate itself.

Lunch

The menu follows the season and draws on Umbrian tradition, with light dishes and authentic flavors. Ideal after the Spa circuit or a walk through the historic streets of Assisi.

Aperitivo

The light shifts, the day slows. A glass of Umbrian wine paired with local ingredients, the view turning color at sunset. The aperitivo at Nun is the natural passage between afternoon and evening.

Dinner

The kitchen draws out the best of the territory in a menu that turns with the season. Local ingredients, careful preparation, pairings that speak of the heart of Assisi and Umbria.

Ingredients from the land around us, drawn into a quiet journey through the flavors of this place.
