Spa Etiquette

The NUN Spa Museum is open every day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

 

Every guest booking the NUN Spa Circuit receives a courtesy kit on arrival, including a bathrobe, shower gel, slippers, and towel. The changing rooms are equipped with hairdryers. A swimsuit is required in the relaxation pools and in the common areas.

 

The NUN Spa Museum staff is happy to advise on the best way to follow the Spa Circuit.

 

To avoid inconvenience, please respect the appointment times for beauty treatments and massages. If you arrive late, the treatment or massage may be shortened, with no refund, in order not to penalize the following guest.

 

To secure access to the spa and to the treatments, please book your entry a few days in advance. In case of health concerns or pregnancy, we recommend consulting your physician before scheduling an appointment.

 

Access is not permitted to guests under 16 years of age. Younger guests between 16 and 18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

 

To maintain the quality we offer, the Management reserves the right to revise the price list. Booking cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the appointment; after that point, or in the case of no-show, the full amount of the booked treatments will be charged.
