Stay

The Rooms, drawn from the monastery

Drawn from the spaces of the monastery of Santa Caterina, the eighteen rooms of Nun keep the original stone and the vaulted ceilings. Designed furniture and natural materials shape intimate spaces, where time slows. Here, the contemporary lives in dialogue with what came before.

The rooms hold the story of the monastery and the hand that reshaped it — quiet places that open slowly to those who stay.

Step into the Roman Spa

Where the Romans once held the rite of the waters, four rooms now mark the thermal journey: Tepidarium, Calidarium, Sudatorium, Frigidarium. Different temperatures, different humidities — an ancient rhythm that rebalances body and mind. A multi-jet pool, a jacuzzi, and the laconium complete the experience.

At the Temple of the Waters, an ancient ritual finds the body again — water, warmth, silence.

Taste and contemplation

Benedikto offers Umbrian cooking that follows the season and the territory. From breakfast to dinner, every moment at the table belongs to the same rhythm of the stay.

Benedikto carries the rhythm of the stay forward — light on the plate, attentive to the land just outside the windows.
